Two Adsense accounts

Any prohibitions against one person controlling two accounts

I was wondering if anybody knew if there was a problem with one person signing up for two distinct Adsense accounts. Two different companies (incorporated as LLCs) would be the recipients of those funds and naturally there would be two distinct bank accounts.

If the payee, tax information and addresses are different, it shouldn't be a problem. However, I do know one person was overseeing multiple accounts for clients, and when one account was suspended, it took down all the other accounts with it. So do be careful.

Thanks for the info. Although I can't imagine anything I would do to get both companies penalized, it sounds like the best approach might be to simply have another person affiliated with the company handle that just in case.

Hmmm, so wouldnt google realize that you use same ip numers to check different accounts (if you use same network or computer)

Or am I very picky :)

The case I referred to, the IP address was the only thing that tied the two accounts together. One was his personal account, one was the account for the company he was employed by. When his own account was suspended, they suspended the account of the company he worked for as well.

Hmmm, seems to me it must have been more than that. After all, you often share the same IP address with many thousands of other people (through an ISP, for example).

Same IP, cookie and user agent from using the same machine. Everything else was different.
