I just received an email - that I had another application approved for an adsense account

My main account is now offline - I had a "ton" of money waiting to be approved

The "older" account is still live - but never used - I signed up for it day 1 for another website (both under my name)

I replied to google explaining - now I wait . ..

Any suggestions?

Do I loose all my money because of an old dormant account that was never used?

what do I do?

You won't lose the money, they just consolodate the accounts - as long as that original account is "active" (ie. wasn't suspended for any reason).

Try asking them to close the initial account, and keep the one you are using. When publishers were initially asked to consolodate accounts, they had the choice of which account they wanted to use, but after that time, it would go with the first account that was signed up for. But they can probably use the account you would prefer if you ask.

Thanks Jenstar

They never asked me to combine accounts (never received a notice)

Now that the "money" account is not active - I really hope I can get them to combine back into the active one!

GOOD NEWS!
They worked it out!

AdSense support sent a very nice note - and switched the accounts

HAPPY DAYS ARE HERE AGAIN!

I am glad it worked out for you and they were helpful with switching it over.
