I was planning on creating a site that uses original audio and video clips. Reading the Adsense policies they say they:

In order to avoid associations with copyright claims, website publishers may not display Google ads on web pages with MP3, Video, News Groups, and Image Results.

Does that mean the video would have to open in another window/page without Adsense? It's nice to have the clips embedded in the text. How about pop up video windows? How do you set up a site like this that's AdSense friendly?

I know of this very big site that has loads of movies and the webmaster has adsense.

though he also has a Terms and conditions page, would the person have gotten permission from adsense, because the movies are on the same page as the ads.

Though he' has been clever about it, by putting large chunks of content down the bottom and info describing the links.

I'd say the person gets at least 1million hits
So its a big site

also I have two other queries.
I just bought another domain that will contain exactly the same content.

Could I copy google ad_code and put it on that site aswell?

I want to make my page dynamic, I think I read that google adsense doesnt like that.

Is that a no no, or wont it matter?

Well I've chucked in the ads on the other site, and changed the movie page, to have a terms and conditions page, with lots of text.
Should I contact Google about this page?,

also I clicked on one of my ads once, because I was interested in the ad.
How many times are you accidently allowed to click on your ads before google bans you?
