Are you saying India is bunch of Ad clickers getting paid in pennies? If so you are ignorant.

I liked your first line..telling him to go to AW form. But you don't have to follow it up with a joke in such bad taste like this. There are many Indians in this forum and you probably might have offended most of them. This will not really help you in the long run.

I am pretty sick of slurs popping up on this this forum now a days. One guy said 'EBay bought Bazee for x million and thats a lot of curries'.

When you hear that phrase -- "google adword work" -- and read about news reports of "India's secret army of online ad 'clickers'" [timesofindia.indiatimes.com...] -- you can't help but think that the poster was looking for this type of "work". I don't think it was meant as a racial slur.

Well, I didn't think it was a r. slur either.
I just thought it was not right to generalize a country of billion people and form an opinion based on a news article.

What are the chances that the original poster sincerely asked a question and has no intention of clicking ads? Zero?

My advice to the original poster would be to read up on the FAQ here as well as in the adwords forum. I don't think he is quite clear how the process work. He might not even have a website.

The above statement clearly referred to the poster (notice the "I hope you're..") based on the poster's confusion about adwords, and not a generalization for all Indians.

Sure he was referring to the orig. poster (technically).

But the orig poster said he was from India. He has an Indian name and his grammar was not 100% correct. Heck, he was even talking about timely payments. Its easy to get suspecious. To top it off there was this recent article about ad clicking in India.

Put all these things together and you kinda get the idea.

I hope I am wrong and he did not generalize afterall.
