Is Mamma itself advertising through Google Adsense or do they have some sort of affiliate program?

I just saw a Mamma Adsense ad "Uncover more of the web by searching many engines at once" so I was just wondering if they are actually advertising .. or they have some sort of partnership with google .. or they run some sort of affiliate prog so this may be an affiliate ad

I have seen it on my adesne, as well. It looks like an ad. I doubt they would partner with Google.

Has anyone already used Mamma?

I think it can't be so profitable as Adsense (well... I'm sure) but now I get all my eggs in one basket and I'd like try other advertisers on some minor sites.

Let's supose Adsense income is 100 (for a medium site with medium traffic with medium users with medium... everything). How much will produce the Mamma advertising formula?

(Please, don't waste your time to write a post to say "It depends of the quality of your site and the quality of your visitors and the topics of your site and the quality of everything in the world").

Thanks in advance.

Well, you know it really depends on the quality of your site, quality of your visitors, the topics of your site. :) I just had too.

It depends of the quality of your site and the quality of your visitors and the topics of your site and the quality of everything in the world. It also depends on heaps of other things. The only way you can know for sure is to try it.

"Has anyone already used Mamma?"

I did not use them, but had talked to their staff (they have an 800 number) about using their search.

I was informed that the average publisher earns about USD $3.00 for 1000 searches.

It is basically the same system as AdSense Websearch where the the results are on Mamma's servers.

However they do allow custom html on the results page instead of just a logo.

Very friendly staff.

I was approached by Mamma to run banner ads or pops on our website. They're CPM was laughable: $0.18 to $1.20 if you ran pops or interstitials (never!)

Hurray for AdSense.
