First, you should edit your post as direct email quotes are not alowed per the forum charter.

Second, are you making changes to your site everytime you reapply?

If you just keep submitting the same site, you are not going to be approved.

It is also possible that they are just not accepting any more sites in your genre.

Are you being rejected for content on your site? Or are you having problems actually submitting your application to AdSense?

If you are having problems with the form itself, contact support and explain the problem. You can contact support at [google.com...] or adsense-support@google.com

Thanks Jenstar, Havent tried contacting their support,
Just wondering, will Google not approve if i type my name as
"John R" [as thats how its in my bank account], Other than this i dont see any reason stating that, my account information is incorrect.
Thanks for your help

If you are typing your last name as a single character, they might have it set up that it requires at least two characters. Contacting support should sort it our for you.

Are you trying to use a PO box? Is the address you're giving them a physical address? Are you putting in your real name, etc? Does your zip code match your address?

Hi HughMungus,
I actually gave my correct address didnt mention any PO.Box, Got a reply from Google they said the problem was the name format i provided, But iam not sure if my bank will accept that format.
Thanks for your help

Nish, you can place John R as your company name and your full real name as the person. Both would appear on the check, and should be acceptable to your bank. Check with your bank to be sure however.

Google won't accept just a last initial as an individual, they want real info. While "R" may be your real last name, it would be very unusual and would trigger a rejection.

Yea I understand, I have already spoken with my bank and they dont have any problem, However in India most of the people have Intials as the last name!
Thanks a lot
