adsense ads in a new window?

can you get the google ads in the adsense to open in a new window, is that allowed?
secondly, if someone opens an ad in a new window, by right clicking and then opening in a new window, do you get paid?

The first question, no you cannot do it and it would be against the terms if you did something so that it did.

The second question, I would think so, but only Google could say for certain.

Second q: almost certainly yes. Opening a link in a new window looks exactly the same from the server's point of view. Google could theoretically use Javascript to trap right-clicks (and maybe shift-clicks) and handle them differently, but they would have no reason to do so.

You can't right-click to open in a new window, anyway.
