Database generated webpages and Adsense

Is this a bad thing?

I'm about to launch a site that allows users to search a database by topic and 3 other parameters. The page is re-entrant ASP and the page reconfigures the title, description and page text based upon the search parameters - there are about 6 million unique page combinations... and could grow to 6 billion. Is this number of pages a problem with Adsense code in the pages? Is there anything else I should be aware of? Does Google frown on this?

Testing the pages shows fairly good ad matching to page content. (I know that the 1st visitor to a page is likely to get PSAs or generic ads).

There aren't any technical issues other than the likelihood that targeted ads may not appear until after the Mediapartners bot visits the page, which you already noted.
