I just logged into one of my sites and realized that the corner of one of my javascript rollover menus goes on top of the corner of an adsense ad. If the menu was a little bigger, I could see adsense being disturbed by it, because CTR would probably go up because of people clicking by mistake. OTOH, why shouldn't people be allowed to set up the adsense code on their templates and keep their usual navigation menu? I wonder if anyone has heard from Google on this matter?
