I am definitely getting clicks ads that I can't seem to trace the origin. You see I have several websites with ads. Early on I did not use channels. Is there a way to trace all pages that contain adsense for a given site?

do you have all of the pages saved locally?
you could search inside the files (even the built in windows can do this) and find all of the files that have the channel code. the ones that don't have it would be what you should look at.
