Is it ok to have adsense and vibrant media together. I have seen many ads using this combo. Also I have heard that vibrant ads offer much higher ctr than adsense.

No, it's not ok.

No content targeted ads can be used with adsense.

Depends what area you are in. Travel (my area) is broadly speaking similar and it is also a bit "hit or miss" in respect of the word targeting

Step 1- Find out which network pays more for you. If one is consistantly higher "across the board", drop the other.

Step 2- If parts of your site give higher EPC for one network, split the site into two - one part VM, the other Adsense.

Or, use VM as the "alternative ads" for Adsense.

The ruling is that you cannot run VM and Adsense on the same page - so feel free to pick and mix the two to maximise your CTR/EPC.
