Contexual + Image ad

Just about positive this is REVISITED!

I am almost sure this question has been posted, but I have searched and searched for it but to no avail.

Can one run, lets say, one leaderboard and one Image ad? I think the TOS say that you cannot have the SAME ad show up twice on one page. I think that this scenario refutes the fact that it could actually happen.

I am interested in running it this way. Let me know and THakns

Google has said this is specifically not permitted, because image ads aren't always image ads, it is a mix between image and text ads.
