No URLs in Adsense Ads

None of my pages (about 30) are showing the URLs in the Adsense Ads.

Is this normal?
I don't see this on other sites.
The code is there showing green (008000), but no URL!

I see that the leaderboard format stands alone as the only Adsense ad format which OMITS the URL.
Right there in the samples, plain as day.
