What happened with my revenue?

Hi,

I really disappointed when I see my revenue has become too little. In the last 2 weeks I have every day about 20 clicks and the revenue is 1.5$ each, this is not fair!

I don't know what your CTR is (you didn't say anything about your traffic), but $1.50 per click sounds pretty good to me.

I don't undestand, did it used to be much higher or something? Are you getting less traffic?
What exactly is your problem =)?

Ah right...

Looks like you have chose to make a site about a topic that does not generate much $$$ =(

At least it pays for the hosting!

20 clicks per day needs to be about something pretty competitive to make much.

Guys, 1.5$ per day!
Is the revenue depend on Clickthrough rate?!

Exactly, it was the double.

Are you kidding or you don't know what the click through is? Here is an example for dummies assuming the cost per click is 10 cents in both cases:

Impressions: 100
Click-through rate: 5%
Clicks: 5
Revenue: $.50

Impressions: 100
Click-through rate: 10%
Clicks: 10
Revenue: $1.00

So which one generated more revenue? Does the revenue still not depend on click-through rate?

Regarding your first question. You're making $1.50 a day, but you say you used to make double that so its $3.00. LOL this is really not worth posting....I have swings in hundreds of $$$$ every week

So do I. However I don't think we should discount his question simply because the amount is seemingly trivial. For him it's a serious cut in revenue and we all have to start somewhere... Over the course of a year he's losing about $500. I'd complain too..

This is really insignificant and nothing to complain about, there are too many variables that could make that little amount go up or down.
