Brand New to Adsense

Just felt like trying adsense tonight on my site for the fist time, and I put a few ads on the site. But everytime I try and go to the google.com/adsense/ page, it says server encountered a temporary error. and it keeps saying this over and over.. is this normal? is adsense having problems tonight?

its not normal, but it does happen occasionally. its happening to me tonight too.

I've been having that happen tonight also.

It happens sometimes, but I wouldn't say it's the norm by a long shot.

I was able to get in spradically, but certainly their are someproblems tonight. This is not an extremely common occurence.

also, how well does google target keywords on your site. right now i see ads that lets say example the page is about china, and its showing 3 or 4 ads right on about china, but 1 or 2 about korea or mongolia, which are close.. but not quite useful on the page about china

Targeting quality varies from time to time, sometimes it's great, sometimes it sucks.

Generally it's pretty good.

Aggregate stats are reported with anywhere from a couple hours delay to 24 hours delay.

Generally, the aggregate stats are pretty accurate by the following morning.

Channel stats are always 48 hours behind.

I think everyone has had some problem getting into Adsense tonight. My guess is that thousands of folks are logging in to change their ad preferences to image_text. Just guessing though.
