Huge bot activities on my site

I noticed a lot of bot activites from these IP addresses... I was wondering if they intend to do damage on my site.
The 2 IP addresses are 210.21.209.132 and 65.162.184.5

I'm downloading my log to see what they are up to.

What should I do? Should I contact Google AdSense team about this?

You could contact google adsense but it wont do you any good and hopefully they may point you in the right direction for IP number 210.21.209.132 to

The damage they could be doing is either harvesting for email addresses or ripping your sites

I have seen both of these as well recently. Robots.txt has not stopped them.
