if my "friend" Mr. Smith, is a customer of AdWords and I run AdSense on my website, then can Mr. Smith block his ads so that they will not run in adsense banners on my site, but they will run on other sites?
Sorry, I don't have AdWords account but I am interested in this issue.
Another question: can AdWord customer put some keyword like "name of my site" so that his ads will almost always appear on my site?

NO, that is NOT possible.
only blanket policies allowed:
All ads show on Google search. In addition, we show ads on: search sites in Google's network (ask and aol etc etc) content sites in Google's network (adsense)

If advertisers can "avoid" certain keywords, while choosing others - something like "+Java -island", say - they might be able to avoid a particular site by avoiding the site name.
But I only used AdWords once, a long time ago, so this is just speculation.

interesting danny. I wonder if you use -"XXX XX" with XXX being a unique string on each of the site's pages in your neg words in an Adwords campaign, you would not show in adsense panels on that site?

You might also be able to use this to advertise only on specific sites - include the name of the site as one of your keywords.

These are great ideas. I'd be very interested to know whether they work out or not.
