Adsense serving up adware and virus sites....

Why?

I recognised the URL on one of my adsense ads from a popup I had been getting... If it is ok to alert others and maybe ASA about this, the site in question is:

<snip>

Don't visit the site, you will be greeted with a repetitive dialip popup, which eventually may lead to adware being installed on your computer (don't want to test it fully to see if this is definately the source, but I am fairly sure).

I thought Adsense moderated the sites that went into circulation, surely this is against their rules?

Have blocked the ad myself, just warning others that it may concern...

Report it to the AdSense team. Chances are it was approved, then the dialup pop-up was added after the fact.

Aww.. what about the other webmasters on here that are serving it up to their visitors, surely they have a right to know?

Reporting an advertiser gone bad will result in it being removed from Adwords within the day, if there is found to be a problem. We cannot "out" sites here, as per the TOS.

okie dokie, been in circulation for a few days I think, so just thought I would point it out to fellow webmasters, your visitors may have been clicking on ads to be greeted by a dialer.
