I have Adsense on site A - which has done extremely well in the SERP's across the engines for years. I do not have Adsense on site B, which is currently being sandboxed by google, but does very well on Yahoo. However, the CPC on site A is very nice and I would really like to add Adsense to site B.
But, my concern lies is giving google a "connection" between the two. I do not want to do anything to screw with site A's ranks. Has anyone had an experience with adding Adsense to two sites targeting the same topic? Has it affected either site in a bad way? The CPC is very tempting, but I don't want to get greedy either LOL. Any thoughts appreciated.

I alos have two websites which have same content but at targetting different audiences, i mean one is local and other one is made as internationla version.
I don't see any problem or complication in placing ads on both websites, infact i have placed them on both websites and am getting good results

Mostly related to liability issues I run my first site through a corporation. I have set up a second corporation for the second site.
The primary reason I set up two corporations was I wanted two separate accounts with AdSense, just in case one site got booted from AdSense (like some errant fraudulent clicks issue).
My concern now is that someone posted a thread a week or two ago that stated that his site got booted from AdSense on a fraudulents clicks issue and for good measure they booted his brother out of AdSense too (different AdSense account, similar name, same mailing address).
I haven't come to a conclusion about what to do when it comes time to apply for the AdSense account for the second site/corporation. I didn't really want to go to the trouble/expense of renting a mail box. I don't really want to lie about my name in the AdSense contact information.
