Adsense with non-english websites + size of ads

Ok, my website is a small niche website in another language than english... it gets between 100 to 150 unique daily and sometimes when i add cool content and promote it i can have up to 500.

Anyways, i was wondering if i get paid less because of that(I have only 1 ad showing up in my language, all the others are in english).

Also, i was wondering if i could possibly get better results by showing only 2 ads instead of 4 in a row.
I'll do testing soon, but i was just wondering... I just started with adsense not long ago.
