It is ranked 126th site on Alexa.com for the traffic.

I thought this googlesyndication.com was used only for Adsense ads. So is this server sending the mediabots and rank the ads for Adsense? Or is it just one of the data centers for Google.com?

I am seeing IP address of 126.239.39.99 for pinging.

If this iste is used to rank what adsense ads to show for a specific keywords (Advertisers of course should have opted in), it may help understand what keywords are triggering the ads.

The keywords that trigger the ads are the keywords selected by the advertiser, no?

It's probably ranked so highly in Alexa because it's always being called to serve the ads, not because people go there. Same as Passport.com.
