What languages is that and why does it show?

My site is in english and on all pages with Adsense Code the banner says "Ads by Google" but one page there it says "DIbikin oleh Ncang Google"

What language is that? Why is it there, and how do i get it to be in english again?

That's Malay or Indonesian.

I noticed that on a site a while back: [webmasterworld.com ].

The site I saw it on (which is entirely in English) still has this in various languages, with that Malay text on pages for various countries including India and South Korea, so whatever was causing it hasn't been fixed yet.

Try asking Google what's going on.
