AdSense doesn't have the big Advertisment anymore. Is this because they are having problems with the transition to the new pay structure?

I noticed the page was different before the change, so I do not think it is related at all. I am still seeing AdSense advertisements on other websites, so they haven't pulled their advertising campaigns.

I'm still seeing the ad at the bottom of the page. Was this just added or is it just smaller than before?
