Ok, I managed to see it only once - didn't make a screenshot, reloaded and it's gone... Default (not altered) skyscaper with 4 ads on one of my older pages showed 4 blocks each with its own colored border - one red, one green, one yellow, smth like that. Looks real cool. Plus, the whole thing had a shadow!

Anybody seen similar?

they could've had various adsense layouts running in a banner rotation (even though the TOS says no banner rotation-ing)

I'm seeing more of these. I believe Jenstar spoke about them in a thread a few days ago. They are some of the big players that can design unique ads to fit their specific needs.

No, no, no. I must have expressed it in a little messy way, but:

1. This is an Adsense ad on MY website. Not a major player at all :) Hardly earning for a lunch/day so far.

2. This is not a rotation or anything - just a simple old default ad that I added to that page a few months ago.

I am sure it was just a test of new fancy Adsense default ads, and I hope we'll see them again (otherwise I'll end up feeling myself a paranoid).

But really, do you run default color settings? I can't believe there would be an override of the custom color settings, that would defeat their purpose.

C'mon! LOL

I am soooo unlucky to post this on April Fool Day, but c'mon guys I've really seen this and I didn't make a screenshot, I can draw it in photoshop, just out of my memory, but please AdsenseAdvisor, GoogleGuy, help me, help me, tell'em I am not mad, pleeeeease... That was a default ad, with 4 blocks, each with its own color border and with shadow!

Yeah, it was with default ad, sure they wouldn't change custom ads.

I have slightly used ( but good working order ) color monitor for sale if needed ....

ps ...holding a pretty big magnet against the side of the box gives you "custom" pages too...

How's your short term memory ....

Did you go to "Art Skool" in the 60's or 70's too ..

Ah takes me back ........ : ))
