I installed 20 channels about 4 days ago, and I am still seeing "no data available" when trying to view channel reports. My aggregate reports seem to be ok, except my CTR is way way down since I installed the channels. I replaced my old code with channel code, is this right? Anyone else having this problem?

Sent off an email to google about it yesterday, and no response yet. I took off the channel code and replaced it with the old code this morning, due to the low CTR.

Silly question: But, have you changed the date from "today" to say "last 7 days".

I know it sounds silly, but the new interface is a little cumbersome and takes a couple of tries to get used to it.

Edit: Another silly question: You are selecting all the channels right? As in highlighting all of them by using the shift or ctrl key.

Thanks for the reply, and no, I wasn't changing the date to "last 7 days"! I guess I'll reactivate the channels and give it another try.

Thanks for the help

They should add a '2 days ago' to the drop-down box, IMO.

Another user interface problem. Instead of simply saying "no data available", why not alert the user that "today's channel reports will not be available for 2 days" in that situation?

I guess I'll reactivate the channels and give it another try.

Just head into your account now and look at your channel stats. You don't need to reactivate to see your history with them. Just set it to "this month" and select all channels.

It's working great for us. I'm already finding areas on our sites where our traffic is generating very good CTR's. Also, finding areas that I thought were doing good that are not. Thanks Google. This is wonderful information. BTW, I have noticed that stats today are running way behind. I guess all this new info is slowing down the reporting system.

I realized i hadn't FTP'ed the new code to the server - another day to wait for my first stats.

I spent the channel's third day looking for stats without realising it meant the stats from two days ago are now showing channel info....I had read it to mean, "wait two days and all your channel info, even for today, will be there"

VERY unclear...and it was quite a shock when I chose "last seven days" and there was my channel info but only "up to two days ago"
