Tracking Domains with Channels and?

I orginally posed this question in the initial discussion about the new features but I'm opening a new thread to deal with just this question:

If I want to track domains no matter what, I have Site A using channel 1, Site B using channel 2. Now let's say I want to track an individual page on site A so I set up channel 3. Now how would it be possible to track that individual page while still tracking stats per domain?

per domain would be:
Domain A: select channel 1 and 3 in the reporting
Domain B: select channel 2

(Note: I have not set up any channels yet but I guess that's how it should work :)
