Um, no
You might want to read the AdSense TOS before putting the code on your pages.

There was some confusion that Adsense had allowed 2 sets to be shown on 1 page in last TOS change/Update.

But 3, ummmm 100% no way

There would be no room for content ;)

We should have a contest to see who can most gracefully use all the formats on one page.;)

i was thinking of using those new rectangles (180 x 150) and seeding my content in a checkerboard grid pattern mixed randomly with the adsense squares. ;)

actually i asked the Adsense rep who came to PubCon about the changes in the agreement and he said that for the time being only one instance of Adsense code is allowed on each page. He said the new Terms and Conditions were updated to possibly allow multiple adsense code placement at a later date.

I imagine clever jakes using framesets to display multiple pages and multiple instances of adsense on the same screenful will eventually find their accounts deactivated.

when and if it is allowed, would frames with different content be the way to ensure different ads? Or would adsense be taking care of that on their end, in which case frames might cause adsense to run the same ads?

Nope you can't use AdSense code more than once on your web site, to get it clarified I wrote them and this is what that they wrote back

The recently updated language on ad placement was added to allow us to introduce new features as we move forward. If we do add a feature that will allow multiple ad units on a page without any duplication of ads, we'll certainly let you know via email. Until then, please ensure that a maximum of one ad unit is placed on each of your pages.
