Anyone know if mediabot actually comes back to the pages to reindex them if there have been design changes to a page. We are doing a big upgrade and I was curious if anyone has experienced changes to ads after a page change.

Not generally after a page change, unless it hasn't been viewed in a while. Changing the ad unit size is one way of getting it re-indexed right away, even if it is changing it, waiting for mediabot, then changing it back, which will bring mediabot again.

Do you think think this would help if a large number of PSA's are being served? This is for pages that have served AdSense ads before at one time, and are now showing PSA's/Alternate Ads.
