Does Google say that Forum is not allowed to show AdSense? But Blog is allowed?

I'm confused about it. Because blog is small scale comparing with the forum on traffic, and blog does got some ads and clicks but forum seems not common to be allowed, only "eat" traffic and hardly bring clicks and earnings.

I think is the other way around. Blogs have a hard time getting in because most of them are personal in nature. I think someone once reported his "highly technical" blog getting in.

A lot of forums run adsense.

Really? but why this forums don't. Seems web hosting advertisers will like this forum very much. And we all know that such adverts are higher paid. :)

Thanks.

This forum does not because the owner has been known to make his dislike of adsense known. In addition, people might question how impartial this site was if Google was footing the bill.

It would be hard for people working for competing firms to justify posting in the site, and this would decrease the value of the site.

There are a lot of ways that this forum could be monetized, but that would mean compromises that they might not be willing to make.

Thank you loanuniverse, I also found some ads run on my widgets website are way too aggressive. Say, when I say $100 for a widget, the ads will tell $99.00, ha-ha!
