and my earing was high for first week and it went down like a bomg... is that possible? and is there any way to increase earning?

I would read the Google TOS as well.
Impressions are the number times ads were viewed on your site.
Click through rate is the number of clicks divided by impressions.
so to get high earning, do I need to get high impression and click though rate?
because the earning suddenly went down...
There are many different factors that influence your Adsence income, here are just a couple:
1.The value of the ads that are shown on your site
2. How many page views you get
3. The placement of your ads and the colours you use
4. The ad format that you choose
5. If your site is informative then people get the info they came for and thus don't need to click on the ads
6. Time of day or month or year (a Christmas site will not get very much traffic or clicks on ads in June)
The best way to increase your income is to get more people to your site.
Because of the many factors you can not really depend on a solid income everyday. Some times you will have great days followed by ones that bomb.
This is the same as weeks and months as well.
Adsence can really suplement the income of your site, however, your sites products or info should be your main focus.

Welcome to WW. Harleyguy gave a good rundown of the reasons why income fluctuates. Personally, I think that sites that have built a community get high CTR in the beginning due to the "newness factor" as it is something new that wasn't in the site before. After a while it does goes down to a more substainable natural CTR. Do you have a lot of regular visitors?
Of course the #1 way to increase any type of revenue is to increase traffic.
This is the best resource on adsense on the net. I would browse around. There is hardly anything that has not been covered at one time or another.
