Adwords in the Cache?

Noticed something today in checking out the cached copy of pages in google....adwords appearing in some. Have never seen this before, always with psa's being delivered. Most are related to adwords and site development ads. Anyone else seeing this...or am I just behind the times again:)

Sure hope the clicks are credited for these:)as publisher code is present.

I have noticed it on pages where I have returned to view the cache. Presumably, mediabot is spidering the page in between visits to the cache, so it shows targeted ads the second time. I have not noticed themed ads appearing, I am assuming because the URL is beginning with a Google IP address as opposed to the actual domain name.

<added>Yes, if targeted ads show, they should count towards your earnings, because the ID is still there.</added>
