How long for a response from the AdSense team?

How long does it usually take to hear back from the AdSense people after sending from the form? I've got something quite important I need to check with them, but I haven't heard anything in about a week.

Any ideas?

I usually get a response within 24 hours, but I've yet to have a response take longer than 48 hours.

Seems to me that if I email them on a Friday, sometimes it takes several days for a response. It has never taken a week, though. If it's been a week, I would probably consider emailing them again.

I had a response within 24hrs regarding a query over the new FAQ / T's + C's - I'd consider emailing them again....

Definitely try again. Monday to Friday, they usually respond within 24-48 hours.

Also, consider the possibility that your ISP may be blocking out the Google's emails to you - several people have reported this problem. If you think this may be why you haven't heard, supply an alternate email to them with your support query. And just because you have received emails in the past, doesn't mean that the emails aren't blocked now ;)

Thanks all - I'll try again and give them an alternative email too.

I have had a reply today from an enquiry about reporting 3 days ago...

I think it depends on the department

Since the replies are all only quasi-relevan and pre-packaged, I don't email often.

I sent an email in this morning but all i got was a canned response. Was asking how i would get my check within 30 days if they hadn't showed up as being sent in my payment history.

Just the canned response about the faq stuff.

oh well

I get the response between 24 hrs usually. Rarely it take 48 hrs. May be happend with me just once. I had a problem of PSA on my homepage. They definitely contact and solve the problem. I have very good experience about their service.

I have always had good response with Adsense. Well, i guess i have only really communicated with them twice (once about an accidental click once about putting ads in search result pages)

They have always been very helpful and polite to my requests. I have a feeling they get a little bogged down with self proclaimed "Adsense Police Officers" who want to let them know every last little thing everyone and their mother is doing with Adsense.

I've only contacted them a couple of times, but they have been very quick in responding, on average it took them 4 hours to get back to me. I find their customer service to be very responsive and always polite and professional.

They are usually quick but they are taking very long now. I've been waiting over a week too.
