Sites with frames?

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before, but I just came across an interesting point on [google.com...] --if your site uses frames and you don't get well-targeted ads, you can contact Google and they will send you some "additional code" to include in the JS.

Has anyone actually used this "slightly modified version" of the ad code, and if so, how did that work out?

I have used their modified code on some sites for 6 months. The modification does improve the targetting, and delivers as good a targeted ad as you would get on a non frame page.

My advice would be to get the modified code from Google and use it.
