Adsense payment criteria

When and how much does adsense make payments

I'm a fairly new publisher and have tried to fathom the adsense payment threshold criteria out without much success. I have received 2 checks to date one for approx $180 then next for approx $60 my outstanding balance is over $500.

My question is when do I receive the full amount of the balance? (Or do I have to wait until the end of the year)

I understand the delay in payment of 30 days after your earnings in a month are $100

My next question... does this mean

1. I'll receive the remainder of the balance and the reason I haven't is because of some discrepancy? (I understand that the figures you see in your adsense account are before any fraud filters are applied)

2. I'll receive anything over $100 earnt in that month?

3. Some other factor my simple brain can't comprehend?

Any advice welcome

They pay you every month your earnings exceed 100 dollars, if you don't make 100 dollars or more one month, they will roll the money you've already earned over to the next month until it exceeds 100 dollars and then proceed to pay you..
