Is there any value in EPC for PAS?

I remembered in my very first hour when I started the adsense. All my adsense ads are PSA and I got my first click at 3 cents. Is it true PSA produce some value in EPC? If it's true. It's not a surprise the EPC is very low when more and more PSA's are showing.

Publishers do not earn any revenue from clicks of PSAs. Further, clicks of PSAs are not recorded as clicks in the Google AdSense reporting interface.
