Does Adsense register impressions if the page wheere they are displayed are part of a frameset?

I'd say yes - if your ads are displaying correctly and you're getting targeted ads rather than PSA's, then the MediaBot spider has got to your page and knows what it's about, and each time the Adsense JavaScript is called the page view will be logged with Google.

If you're testing Adsense pages from your own static IP (no I'm not clicking) should it register impressions?
It did initially but doesn't seem to be any more - yesterday I must have seen it 10 times+ but had no impressions showing.
