Recomendations for Alternate url?

Can anyone recomend a good company that offers alternate urls to use when we get PSA ads? I need one that:

1. Has ads that look like Adsense

2. Can display ads by keyword. Their ad code must specifiy the keyword that we want displayed for our site or it must dynamicaly determine the content and display an ad.

3. Pays decent.

I'm currently using feeds from Search Feed but they only pay up to 50% commission and most of the clicks are only paying us 1 cent.

Anyone out there that is better?

One thing to be careful is if you use contextual ads for your alternate ads and you have more than one google banner on that page, there could be a conflict against their policies by serving two type of contextual ads on one page. I wouldn't know how to detect that Google is serving an alternate ads for one banner so I can do the same with the other ones. Otherwise, I'd be interested in knowing other options too.

It's never a question of who pays best, it's a question of who CONVERTS best.

I could have awesome payouts from some affiliate program but few sales, and some lesser payout but a ton of affiliate sales.

Which do you think pays the best?

Most of the time, volume wins, but not always.
