Heck,

I am not even sure what it is!

I read Googles discription but even though it is supposed to be simple it went right over my head...I guess I must be stupid or something. ;)

I've found that adding my favorite blogs to the Google reader (which I've added to my personalized Google main page) is a great way to know when they've been updated. Presumably, if someone else reads one of my blogs, they could do the same thing for mine.

RSS seemed like a monster to conquer, but it was very easy once I found the right direction to go. Do a Wikipedia search for RSS and you should be able to learn more.

I'm not sure exactly how being added into the Google system translated into leads (and thus potential AdSense clicks), but with blog searching software out there (such as Mark Cuban's former venture IceRocket, or the giant Technorati) I'd think there would be the potential for content-based leads that could, in turn, lead to AdSense clicks/conversions.
