In India, we do not have EFT payments option as of now.
Most good/big Indian banks have tieups with US Banks to wire the money to India.

Is it possible to use that facility to transfer the money to India in someway, like requesting google to make country USA and then allow to make EFT to that account, which will reach to India?

I would suggest emailing Google for an answer.

Of course Not..

Unless G specifically offeres EFT in India , you cannot try this mechanism.

Almost all banks (in the world) have correspondent banks in USA , that does not mean EFT can be offered all over the world.

I wonder why EFT is not offered in India. The banks in India are pretty much on par with those in the US or anywhere in the world. We have a presence of all major banks (Citibank, StanChart, HSBC, ABN Amro, etc).

I have used EFT for a lot of services I have used from other vendors. So what is stopping google from offering it to us?

I'm sure there is a very good reason for this. Any insights ASA?
