Well,

May be summer, may be world cup....whatever.....the bottom line is, I am loosing my revenue.....and optimization make little difference to me. I guess the reason is my advertisers are going for the minimum level of .05 cents for a click. What is the way out in this situation to increase the revenue?

1. Increasing visitors with SEO techniques
2. Experimenting with optimization

...what else more if the minimum click remains .05 cents and my subject is not related with high paying keywords.

try seeing what adblock most users click on, and get rid of the rest. youll be suprised at the results. i did the same, i just kept my most clicked on ad (assuming it was the hottest part of my page), and got rid of the rest of the ads, and i got the same amount of clicks per day, but earnings went up because the top ads are being displayed and clicked on, instead of having people click on lower paying ads that are being displayed elsewhere on the same page.

have each adblock set to a channel, so you can monitor ad performance

I didn't get this

if I use large rectangle and place it in different sections of my site ..say in 100 pages...how can I figure out what section of my site is working fine and what are the ads displayed are working fine.

For every block of adsense code, assign it to a channel. Name the channel something like indexlowerright and indextopleft if you have 2 adsense blocks on your index page, one on the lower right and one on the upper left side. You should see the same number of impressions for those ads since they are on the same page, but when people click on one of the ads, it will report that channel back to your adsense account. That way when you see 100 page impressions of your index page but the index top left channel is getting more clicks...then you know that is your sweet spot. It may take a little time to determine where the best placement is, but your channels won't lie. Then when you have a good idea about which channels are performing the best, try changing the colors and ad units of the ads to see if it increases more so. If not, put it back to color and layout of what was working. As far as the lower performing pages, also do the same thing on them as well to see if that will increase your CTR.
