As I understand it is not possible to change Adsence Link Unit font name or font size. Right?

the only way to effect size/font is to select the size of your link unit - some units use the smaller fonts, some larger.

You can only make changes that are avaible when you design the ad unit in your login area. Anythign else will be on breach of the Adsense tos.
