Hello all,

My site is a Asia country focused blog, gets about 600 impressions per day, <snip>.

My average earnings per day is just around .50.

Now, considering the style of site, and my number of impressions per day... are my earnings about what is expected?

I figure my ultimate quest is to increase the number of visitors to my site first.

I have blended ads, and working most of the heatspots.

Let me know your thoughts on the numbers here.

I hope I don't make anyone cry...

Why would anyone cry? lol Anyway, Google does not want anyone to discuss their eCPM, CTR, etc. You can only post your earnings amount.

The eCPM varies greatly for everyone dependent on their site, their niche, amount of visitors, if smart pricing is in effect, etc.

Without giving figures, my eCPM has been lowered very much this month, however, it is much higher than yours, while I've read from others, that they have a much higher eCPM than I do, so it really does vary a lot.

If the topic of your blog gets you lower priced ads, then you will need a LOT of traffic in order to start earning some decent money.

You may also either create a website or another blog on a different subject that pays more. Also, like everyone here will tell you keep writing and adding quality content to your pages and eventually your earnings will go up. Your earnings will grow, but there will always be those niches that get higher paying ads and will always be those making more than we do. Do your best and experiment.

Good luck!

Indeed, you are giving us way too much specifics. Google Adsense T&C prohibit you from doing that. But to attempt to answer your question: when I had the number of visitors you mention, I had more earnings. But at that point I had no blogs. My websites were (and most of them still are) good old hand-made static html pages with evergreen content. So it's a bit hard to compare. Nobody will cry about your earnings. We all have made our first dollar at some point in the past, and some of us wish they could go back to that magic moment;-)
