My earnings the last 20 days have gone up to about $100 a day with adsense because of a popular site, my ctr is still very low, this is my 2 year with adsense they will not ban you because your income goes up will they?

More than likely, no.

Unless, of course, your income grows because of invalid clicks or something else that is against the TOS.

LOL..no why would they ban you if you start making more? its not like they're going to lose any money because you started to make more money. Anything you make they make their cut from it so they want you to make more money. If you're not doing anything against the TOS you should be fine.

Well i'm sure that if you're making $20 a day and all of the sudden over night you start making $500 a day, google will take a look at your site to see where all these clicks and traffic is coming from.
