How important is CTR?

Do the revenue you get on a click vary with CTR

Say I get .10$ on a particular AD and my page impressions was only 10 a day
Now I advertise my site and get 1000 PI a day but the same ONE click.. So, the CTR will be awfully low.. Will the once click fetch me the same .10$ as before?

Does CTR have effect on the revenue on an ad?

CTR wont or shouldn't effect the relevance on an advert. But there is no way of knowing f the ads shown from day to day or even hour to hour will carry the same value. This is something that is in constant flux.
