Hello,

Should I notify Google for every little thing that looks to me like click fraud or should I contact them only with "bigger" things?

Thank you in advance,
krko

It's a tricky decision. I myself have never contacted Google over the past few years; however, I have never suspected click fraud. I would notify Google definitely for the major cases.

Definitely not "every little thing". If you're even aware of every little thing then you're probably checking your stats too often.

How true.

I have had a large traffic spike and corresponding click count (but still average CTR) with an approximate tripling of the site's revenue today due to the death of someone famous related to the site's niche.

Should I email G to explain the spike?

Why would you need to explain it? Traffic spikes are normal (events happen every day!) and the extra visitors are unlikely to come from one IP address.
