Hello we collaborate with another website which gives us content. Pityfully they do not have RSS feeds etc and will unlikely want to do so as they also want their page to be shown.

But we have allowance from them to market their content etc.

So how do I do this now with adsense. I can pull the pages via PHP and rewrite the URL's I suspect, but for an efficient approach can I use frames? I don't really want to give them my adsense code as if they do something wrong I have to chase them via email.

Although it's sub optimal, can I place their page in a frame and my code in another frame. That won't make good targeting, but do I adhere to TOS?

I know I can use frames, but I will be pulling another sites content in one frame.

I think as long as they don't have adsense on the page you are pulling, (which would have 2 different adsense accounts together) you should be fine. You should be ok with targeting as well, since the ads will read the content from the finished page. I have a page with adsense on it that is included in another website in a frame and I have been doing just fine. Ads are targeted and so far there have been no problems since the site my page is framed in has no adsense of their own.
