I think Google Video ads may fetch better CTR for me but finding hard to get any ads on my site. Looks like G's inventory is less at this time for such ads. Have any idea about which areas are having high inventory for Videos ads?

I've had 1 on my site so far, for Pontiac's new model. Thought I had a new one today for Microsoft but it was an image ad (thought Microsoft's ad was ironic):-)

clicking play on a video ad will result in becoming a banned google publisher.

Clicking play = money
Clicking link = money

Be aware.

I believe clicking play!= money. As far as I know, playing the video is allowed. Clicking on the link when the video is playing is not allowd.

I had the car one. Seemed to load pretty slowly (and that wasn't to play - that was just to load the initial image)

From the AdSense blog:

"Can I watch the videos appearing on my own site?

Yes, you can watch the videos appearing on your site by clicking on the "Play" button--this will not affect your reports. However, please do not click on the advertiser's URL, or on the ad itself, which will also bring you to the advertiser's site. Clicking on the ad or URL could generate invalid clicks on your account and inflate advertiser costs."

In other words Be Careful Where You Click!

I had one on a real estate site. It was especially annoying as it gave out their website. So my readers are distracted by the ad, then verbally told where to go. For free!

If they had said on the ad, click here for more information I would be mildly pissed. But now I am royally pissed.

Haven't seen any. But there is quite a lot of flash ads in my site.

Not yet but I just saw something new. At the bottom of a skyscraper was a group of links and a header that said to click here to change ads, or something like that.

Didn't show up in preview and I was afraid to click it. :)
