How do Ads in Dutch work. How large is the inventory?

The title of this post says it already. I might consider translating my pages into Dutch. Has anyone experience with this?

A related question would be: How do English Ads do on Dutch sites? Most Dutch speak English anyway and I imagine the inventory for ads in Dutch is small. So what about English Ads on Dutch pages?

Up to now my experience is that there are only few ads in Dutch and they pay relatively low.
I target my webpages for 90% on an English speaking international audience. I never tried English ads on Dutch pages. First of all I think that won't work very well because the ads are displayed based on the (Dutch) content. So by default, pages with Dutch content will display Dutch ads. And there is a good reason for that. I think it is not very likely that Dutch visitors will buy a product from an ad in the English language, unless the advertiser is very well known international brand. So I guess Dutch pages with English ads would have very low conversions and will be smartpriced very soon.
