Google

Over the past four years, Google has billed advertisers in 65 countries more than $11.2-billion (U.S.) in 48 different currencies, and made payments to advertising partners of more than $3.9-billion.

End Quote.

Interesting percentage of payment to "advertising partners" wouldn't you say?

Don't forget that is including the ads shown on google's search results - not just the adsense ads.

If you want to know what percentage of AdSense revenues are being paid out to publishers, simply look at a recent Google quarterly earnings report and do the math. (Last time I checked, the overall AdSense payout percentage was in the 78% range.)
