I've been ranging between $40-$70/day for the last few weeks, with two $80+ days.. My trend in traffic has been doubling every 2 weeks or so. Beginning a few days ago my traffic took a another big jump when Google raised me in the SERPS for a few key terms - now i'm getting 2,500 - 3,000 uniques per day.
As i've posted before, my site is 'tech' related, and i'm getting a large percentage of my earnings from Firefox referrals. (in case anyone asks)
My only problem now is that each day when my traffic and earnings get higher and higher, i get more and more nervous that i'll set off some AdSense alarm at Google for getting too much traffic & earnings too fast ((from April to May earnings up over 10X)), or something, and i'll get "THE" email.. Ohh.. my stomach hurts!
Eg, estimate of how many backlinks, any cpc campaign? and how many webpages in all your domain. And your SERP in google is top 10? 20? 50? 100? "
Uhhh....
Backlinks: a hundred or more from low PR sites, dozens from PR2-4,several from PR5, and one from a PR6 site.
CPC? no.. tried that in the beginning - it was $$ down a hole..
about 150 pages in my main site and 150 or so in the related blog. But, it should be noted, 95% of my traffic goes to only 5 pages. I'm working now to get traffic up on the remaining pages.
SERPS are 1-5 in MSN (but very little traffic), and in Google i'm in the top 5 for a few popular terms, and a few #1's for less popular ones..
There are a few other 'secrets' of my SEO that i'm withholding until i prove to myself if they work or not. I've just started a 2nd site (went online TODAY) in a totally different niche. I'm going to apply my 'secret sauce SEO' and see if it works, or if it was just beginners luck.. if it DOES work, i'll be selling my e-book with the recipe in about 6 months..
How old is the site?
I am not sure what your page impressions are but you must have a decent earnings per click or a very good CTR, or both.

Impressive ... 120+ backlinks in less than 6 months (based on your numbers there). What was your secret there? Just emailing anyone and everyone that you could find and asking for a link? Or was your content/site so hot that all those sites voluntarily started linking to you?
Congrats on your successes!
The BULK (about 3/4) of my earnings are from FF referals,
You must be the #1 promoter of FF!
This is amazing considering your visitor level.
Congratulations.

My traffic and earnings also grew rapidly I actually jumped to over 5 times the traffic and earnings that you are seeing with no problems. I wouldn't be to concerned about triggering any alarms. Just enjoy it while you can. Save for rainy days. As long as you are following the TOS and are doing it the right way you shouldn't have to worry. Past experience over the last few years says that Google will notify you of any problems and allow you to correct them.

Do you mind sharing whether you were using text or banners?
how did you manage to earn such an impressive amount of money off FF referrals
You must be the #1 promoter of FF!
I've seen entire sites built around pushing FF referals that rank very high in Google.. i'm sure they're getting 100's if not 1000's per day..
You're "sure"?
I'm not doubting your honesty since you have admitted that without the FF referrals your earnings would drop enormously.
No one else at WebmasterWorld has had, insofar as I have seen posted, had anywhere near your success and as for sites "pushing" FF, well, yeah, you can try and push anything however if the audience hasn't a clue what it is, then ...phutttt...
Nevertheless, you seem to be doing ok for the moment...are you waiting for the new MSIE? :-)))
I think the whole key is that
1) i either got lucky OR my SEO'ing really paid off, getting me a LOT of traffic to (at the time) ONE page regarding ONE subject. We'll see with my second site an with other pages in the first site, if it was luck or not
2) After getting that traffic, (and getting lousy ads and virtually no clicks) i decided the best way to take advantage of that traffic was to push firefox, and break the page into sub-subjects, which get great ad-targeting - and of course, pushing FF on those pages as well.
at any rate, i'm trying to enjoy it while i can - i'm not ready to quit my job yet on only 2 days of $100+
I am a Mac guy myself, (see I'm going to have to try FF now).
i do have some Mac stuff at the site, but i dont push FF on those pages be cause it's not as much as an advantage to OSX users as it is to XP users.. besides, the referrals only convert for Windows..

I too tried FF referrals, but it was useless, i guess having the 'right' page content really helps.
good luck!, seems like a great story. I too had a 3rd best day yesterday [$38], after having LOUSY April and May.
Well, i finally hit that 'magic' number - today for the first time i broke the $100/day barrier - actually, as of 9:50pm, i'm at $113!
... Congratulation! You have achieve something that seems only a dream to me. How do you make yourself keep focused and high motivated in your earlier days? My daily earning is as small as $1-2 and it seems take forever to get the check of $100. It's so desperating!
